Data in Need of Visualization

The data used for comparison here is gathered from the popular e-sport game, League of Legends (LoL) and it's professional teams from around the world.

RIOT Games, the creators of the game, have hosted many competitions in the past 8 years, and there are hundreds of varying statistics that are often seen as nothing more than numbers.

The goal of this prototype is to show a potential way to clearly visualize some of the most relevant stats between the world's best LoL teams.

Project Reflections

This is a fun project for me as it was yet another opportunity for me to combine 2 things that I love. In this case, e-sports and design.

Plus, working in relation to a game, it was interesting to match a color scheme to the game itself, while keeping a unique look and feel to my own design.

I also learned just how intimidating massive amounts of data can be. It was important that I spend a lot of time deciding what data was important to display, and what wasn't. 

This is a fun project for me as it was yet another opportunity for me to combine 2 things that I love. In this case, e-sports and design.
